I am passionate about empowering people!
Working in the field of learning and development allows me to help people reach their goals and potentials. To achieve that, I arm them with knowledge! It excites me to hear learner feedback such as “this is a game changer!” OR “I wish I had known this years ago” OR “this will make my work so much more efficient.” My approach is learner-centric, utilizing a backward design methodology where everything is built with the desired outcome in mind.
Instructional videos are my go-to favorite, used in tandem with many other media in my training programs. I design, execute, and edit all of my quick-hitter training videos.
I am highly skilled in understanding technical systems and their functionality, building a bridge between users and technology via clear and concise instructions.
